A good night’s sleep is a big deal. When my body hurts, my mind is troubled or I can’t figure something out, my go-to remedy is getting some sleep. The challenge is, when we need sleep the most, it’s typically even harder to get.
Forty-five percent of consumers, including me and many of my friends and family, don’t get sufficient sleep. And, we all know a person we don’t want to be around when they don’t get a good night’s rest.
