• Do I need to pay money to try the GE What's Your Lighting Style Designer or enter the sweepstakes?
  No. It's completely free.
• Do I have to try the GE What's Your Lighting Style Designer in order to enter the sweepstakes?
  No. You may try the GE What's Your Lighting Style Designer as many times as you wish or proceed directly to enter the sweepstakes.

• I haven't registered yet. Can I enter the sweepstakes?
  No. You must fill out the registration form in order to enter the sweepstakes.
• How do I register?
  Go to the registration page, enter the relevant information in the fields and click on the "Submit" button.
• Why do I need to enter my street address?
  In the chance you are deemed a potential prize winner, we must have this information to send you the proper eligibility documentation by a trackable mail delivery service (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
• Why do I need to include my birth year?
  We require this information to verify that you are 21 years of age at the time of entry. This information is not used by GE for any other purpose.
• I don't have e-mail yet. How do I get a free e-mail account?
  You can get free accounts that you can access through your browser from a number of places on the web. Yahoo! Mail and MSN Hotmail are excellent in this regard.
• May I register multiple times and play on more than one account?
  No. The rules explicitly limit each contestant to one entry per person per day. See the official rules.
• My e-mail address is rejected. Why?
  An e-mail address may be rejected because it contains an ! (exclamation mark) or some other character that is not allowed. Also, any particular e-mail address may be registered only once.
• My husband/wife/son/daughter/sister/brother/friend and I want to both enter using the same e-mail address but the system won't let us. What should we do?
  The contestant/winner will be deemed the person who is the authorized subscriber at the time of entry. If multiple contestants living in the same household would like to enter the sweepstakes they will each have to have a separate e-mail address. Learn more about how to get a free e-mail account.
• My e-mail address has changed. How can I get my new address in your records?
  Please contact us. Just let us know your original e-mail address as well as your new one and we will update our records for you.

• When will winners be announced?
  Winners will be announced in April of 2009.

• I tried to enter the sweepstakes but it tells me that I already entered today.
  There is a limit of one sweepstakes entry per e-mail address per day. A day starts at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET). You may try the GE What's Your Lighting Style Designer as many times as you like.

• How do I opt out of receiving future e-mail notifications from GE?
  Please visit GE's Privacy Policy and follow the directions to set your privacy preferences.
