See Here for CEUs!

Here's a look at upcoming CEU opportunities at The Lighting Institute. Conferences include:

  • New Class! Lighting Essentials for Distributors (1.0 CEU)
March 10-12. New course designed for new GE Lighting distributors. Very similar to the popular Fundamentals of Lighting, but more in-depth training on product lines is provided. Includes full-scale demonstrations and workshops.
  • Lighting for Commercial Properties (1.0 CEU)
March 17-18. Lighting is a big cost for commercial properties. This course evaluates options for private and open offices, corridors and transition spaces, and conferencing and collaboration areas. Enhancing the security of parking lots and garages is also addressed. Of particular focus will be the comparison of today's LED systems and controls vs. fluorescent and HID systems.
  • Advanced Selling Tools for LED Solutions (1.5 CEUs)
March 25-27. For years the lighting industry has sold retrofits based on simple payback, but there are many more benefits beyond this short-term horizon. This course dives into other economic models and explores how to present more attractive economic analyses for new installations and retrofits. Uses sample customer scenarios, calculation tools and hands-on learning exercises.
