Although a global company, GE tackles the local challenges within the different regions it operates - delivering effective solutions across all areas of its business. As such, GE Lighting in the UK provides energy efficient lighting solutions that provide excellent light quality, influence our behaviour and reduce maintenance cycles.

To deliver these results, GE Lighting understands the importance of tailoring solutions to meet the specific challenges of different applications. For example GE Lighting's retail solutions are designed to present merchandise in the best possible light whilst maximising system efficiency and reducing operating costs. Their new innovative office solutions create a comfortable environment in which to work whilst their outdoor portfolio balances the need to provide a safe and secure environment with the need to offer improved energy efficiency and lower maintenance costs.

Among the latest innovations being showcased at Lux Live will be GE Lighting's Lumination™ LED Luminaires range, which offers the first true alternative to linear fluorescent lighting for office, retail, education and healthcare environments - making significant energy savings a commercial reality. In addition, visitors can see GE Lighting's new range of Down-lights available in LED, CMH and CFL versions and in fixed and adjustable formats.
